"Feels like it used to work better"
I used this for a few weeks and didn’t notice much of a difference. My skin felt pretty much the same, and if anything, a little drier than usual. I feel like this product used to be better, because I remember expecting more from it. This time around, it just didn’t do much for me.

I ended up getting the wrong shade, and one of the items I ordered wasn’t even in the package. Customer support did eventually get back to me, but it took a few days, which made the whole thing more frustrating. "Refund was quick, but whoever runs this made it easy"
I had to send one item back to prismosbeauty.com because I totally picked the wrong shade. I was ready for it to be a hassle, but whoever runs this seems to have the return process sorted. I emailed them, got the return details quickly, and my refund showed up a few days after they received it. No back and forth, no chasing anyone down. It was way easier than I expected.

"As someone who knows what shades work for..."
As someone who knows what shades work for me and likes to stick with them, it’s frustrating. I do like some of the products, but every time I’m ready to buy, the shades I want are sold out or just not available. Restocks seem to take forever, and there isn’t much communication about when things are coming back. It’s annoying when you’re excited to order and end up not being able to get what you actually need.

"Felt uneasy and a bit talked down to"
I was thinking about ordering from prismosbeauty.com, but the site just didn’t make me feel very confident. Some basic info seemed hard to find, and I couldn’t get a clear sense of who’s actually behind the company. On top of that, the way some of it was presented kind of made me feel talked down to, like I was supposed to just trust them without asking normal questions.
Maybe other people would be fine with it, but I didn’t feel comfortable entering my card details there. For a beauty site, I expect clear contact info, transparency, and a little more reassurance before buying. In the end, I decided not to place an order.
